Loved the friendly host who miraculously understood my terrible French. The garden was splendid, and I enjoyed using their BBQ. Good breakfast and coffee, plus bikes to explore the area. Parking was a breeze.

The large garden with pool and play equipment was perfect for the kids. The newly completed self-catering Gite was stylish and well-furnished. We enjoyed the terrace with table and chairs, and the BBQ was a nice bonus. a wonderful experience.

One minor drawback was the slight damp smell in the bathroom, which would have benefitted from an extractor fan.

Superb hosts who spoke enough English to make communication easy. Comfortable beds with modern decor and large walk-in showers. The kids loved the pool and play equipment in the large garden. The location was perfect with plenty of amenities within walking distance. The breakfast offered delicious croissants, bread, jam, and yogurt. We also had full use of the garden, including an above-ground swimming pool, swings, trampoline, boules, and table tennis.

It would have been useful to have an enclosed part of the garden for the gite. Although the garden was fully enclosed, having a private section would have been even better.

As bike riders, we loved the convenient location with plenty of amenities within walking distance.

My recent stay at Saumur Loire Chambres Et Gite was absolutely perfect! The hosts were superb and made communication easy, especially since my French is limited. We enjoyed our delicious dinner and breakfast served right to our terrace. I highly recommend this charming gite and will definitely be returning.

Eric's place is simply amazing! It has everything you could possibly want, from a jaw-dropping range of garden activities like swimming pool, table tennis, badminton. The gîte is exceptionally clean with cool decor and super comfortable beds. The air conditioning system kept the rooms nice and cool during the heatwave. The warm welcome from Eric made us feel right at home. The secure car park was a bonus, and we loved that pets are welcome. The location is fantastic, with beautiful vineyards nearby. The garden is spacious with stunning views. The breakfast was unreal, fresh and delicious. We had a truly wonderful and relaxing time. GREAT value for money and the perfect stopover on our journey. The hosts were superb and communication was easy. The modern decor and spacious showers were a hit, and the kids loved the pool and play equipment. Although everything was perfect, it would have been nice to have part of the garden from the gite enclosed for added privacy.
